Medan, 28 November 2023. Universitas Terbuka (UT) telah mengumumkan jadwal pelaksanaan Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) bagi mahasiswa selama satu semester penuh. Ujian ini merupakan evaluasi penting terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan oleh mahasiswa, mencakup tutorial online, tutorial webinar, serta Tugas Mata Kuliah (TMK). Penilaian akhir mahasiswa akan terakumulasi dari hasil Ujian Akhir Semester yang dilaksanakan dengan tiga skema, yaitu Ujian Tatap Muka (UTM), Ujian Online (UO), dan Take Home Exam (THE).
UTM untuk wilayah Daerah Medan telah ditetapkan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 dan 17 Desember 2023 secara serentak di 18 lokasi ujian yang tersedia. Mahasiswa diharapkan hadir sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan agar dapat mengikuti ujian ini dengan baik. Untuk mengetahui lokasi ujian yang tersedia, silahkan kunjungi instagram @utmedan
Sementara itu, Ujian Take Home Exam (THE) akan dimulai pada tanggal 9 Desember 2023 (sesuai jadwal pada KTPU masing-masing mahasiswa). Mahasiswa akan diberikan waktu yang cukup untuk menyelesaikan tugas ini di rumah dengan batas waktu yang ditetapkan oleh Universitas Terbuka.
Selain itu, Ujian Online (UO) juga akan dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 09 Desember 2023. Mahasiswa diwajibkan untuk mempersiapkan diri dengan baik dan mengikuti petunjuk yang telah diberikan untuk mengikuti ujian online ini.
Untuk memastikan kelancaran proses ujian, Universitas Terbuka memberitahukan bahwa tim panitia UTM Daerah Medan saat ini sedang melakukan pembaruan data peserta UAS. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa diharapkan untuk mencetak ulang Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian (KTPU) mereka mulai tanggal 01 Desember 2023. Dengan mencetak ulang KTPU, mahasiswa akan memperoleh data yang diperbarui dan akurat untuk keperluan ujian.
Universitas Terbuka sangat berharap agar seluruh mahasiswa dapat memperhatikan informasi ini dan mempersiapkan diri dengan baik menjelang Ujian Akhir Semester. Semoga melalui proses evaluasi ini, mahasiswa dapat mengukur kemampuan serta pemahaman mereka dalam mata kuliah yang telah mereka pelajari. Tetap semangat dan sukses dalam menjalani ujian!
