Universitas Terbuka (UT) bekerja sama dengan PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) cabang Pematangsiantar mengadakan acara sosialisasi melalui platform Zoom. Acara ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan program pendidikan tinggi yang fleksibel dan terjangkau kepada masyarakat Pematangsiantar dan sekitarnya.
Kepala Cabang PNM Pematangsiantar, Bapak Yandry Pattikawa, menyambut baik kerjasama ini. Menurutnya, sosialisasi ini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pendidikan tinggi dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan. “Kami di PNM sangat mendukung inisiatif ini, karena kami percaya bahwa pendidikan adalah kunci untuk membangun masa depan yang lebih baik,” katanya.
Acara sosialisasi ini dihadiri oleh lebih dari 66 peserta yang terdiri dari staf dan karyawan PNM. Mereka sangat antusias mengikuti presentasi yang disampaikan oleh para narasumber dari Universitas Terbuka, yang menjelaskan berbagai program studi yang ditawarkan, mekanisme pendaftaran, serta sistem pembelajaran yang inovatif.
